Support PQ Make a small donation. The PQ Coach is totally free to use. As you'd have noticed, there isn't a single advertisement tainting positivelyquit.org. If you find that the PQ Coach helps you cut down or stop smoking altogether, please make a small donation in return. How much to contribute is up to you. A fair amount might be a small portion of how much you're notspending on cigarettes anymore. For example, if you used to smoke a pack a day, you could donate what a packet of cigarettes costs, perhaps more if you used to be a heavy smoker. Please send a little support now via Paypal (click on the Paypal 'Make A Donation' button on the right). You don't need a PayPal account, as Paypal accepts all major credit cards. All contributions are secure and your financial information will not be exposed. Paypal hosts the payment pages; Positivelyquit.org does not receive or transmit your payment information.
Buy a copy of the PQ Manual. The material in the PQ Coach was taken from the PQ Manual. There are more novel and useful tips and exercises in the Manual that could help you stay off cigarettes. So if you found the PQ Coach useful, you might consider buying a copy of the PQ Manual from Amazon.com. There are two versions - the first edition and the more updated second edition - for you to choose from.
Spreading the word.Spreading the wordabout PQ is also great. If you have friends who want to stop or have just stopped smoking and could use some help staying off cigarettes, please take a moment to drop them a note suggesting they sign up for a session with the PQ Coach.
Postings about PQ on appropriate web forums are also a good way to spread the word. When you run across an appropriate place to mention PQ, such as stop smoking forums like those on: - Livestrong's Dare to Quit Smoking; - QuitSmokingMessageboard.com; - The Sober Recovery Community or other appropriate locations - don't be shy about letting people know about PQ. Be sure to include our web address (www.positivelyquit.org) in your post.
However, please don't spam forums, post on non-smoking cessation sites or site areas, or otherwise annoy smokers who have no attention of quitting - especially in PQ's name.
